David Carr: Another College star turned NFL tackling dummy. David Carr had good numbers in NCAA football, was drafted by the Texans with there first pick, and became the starter and then became a tackling dummy. He was sacked 76 times in one season. What do you want from a expansion team? By the time the Texans got him an O line (5 years later) he was suffering from Tim Couch syndrome or I gotta get rid of the ball someones gonna hit me. Unfortunately for Carr he needs retraining, a QB coach that will start with the fundamentals like he was a rookie all over again, but in the NFL nobody wants to invest the time and money on back up QBs. While I would like to give Carr a higher rating I can only give him a FOUR out of ten.
